The TALi Digital Board is responsible for, and has the authority to determine, all matters relating to the strategic direction, policies and practices for the management and operation of the Company.
TALi Digital welcomes comments from shareholders in relation to the Company’s Corporate Governance program.
Trading in TALi Digital Shares
TALi Digital has developed guidelines which provide a basic explanation of insider trading and TALi Digital’s policy to prevent it. TALi Digital’s policy for directors and all employees in respect of the purchase and sale of Company securities prohibits trading whilst they are in possession of price sensitive information.
